Micro internships are designed to be short-term and flexible, typically lasting between 2 to 8 weeks. This allows you to gain valuable experience without interfering with your academic schedule.

We prioritize underserved industries to allow for more internship opportunities that are not typically targeted by traditional internships. These include fields such as nonprofits, sustainability, local businesses, social media management, editing, while also providing opportunities in technology, marketing, finance, and more.

First fill out the student interest form. You will be sent an email invite to create a profile. Once a profile is created, you can explore opportunites.

Many internships offer certificates of completion, and some may count for academic credit depending on your institution. Check with your school to confirm credit eligibility.

A micro internship is a short-term, project-based opportunity where students complete specific tasks or deliverables for your business. It’s a cost-effective way to access fresh talent while advancing your business goals.

Our AI evaluates your project requirements, goals, and preferences to connect you with students who have the skills and interests to successfully complete the internship. Please note this feature is under development expected to release Q4 2025

The key is to define clear deliverables that can be completed within a few weeks. We supply our business partners with resources, such as our business tool kit and internship program builder tool to assist with this goal.

Yes! Many businesses choose to hire students for longer-term roles after a successful internship. There are no additional fees for hiring students through our platform.

You can submit evaluations through our platform, which allows both you and the student to reflect on the experience. This helps us continuously improve the matching process. Please note the business performance analytic dashboard is being developed with expected release Q3 2025

Our platform aims to provide tools for schools to incorporate micro internships into their curriculum, such as for-credit opportunities, skill-building modules, and co-curricular activities. These features are currently in development.
