Hi, I’m Tiffany Cheeseboro, the founder and director of Campus to Commerce. With over 20 years of experience in training, instructional design, workforce development, and internship program management, I’ve dedicated my career to creating opportunities for growth—both for individuals and businesses. I started Campus to Commerce to bridge a critical gap I’ve seen throughout my career: connecting motivated students to businesses that need fresh talent, innovative thinking, and workforce support.

Currently, I manage an internship program at ServiceNow, where I oversee the end-to-end process of connecting talented individuals with impactful opportunities within the organization. This includes identifying skills, building mentorship frameworks, and ensuring both interns and teams have the resources they need to succeed. My experience has shown me the immense value of internships, especially micro internships, which offer short-term, focused opportunities that provide both immediate results for businesses and meaningful experiences for participants.

From training healthcare professionals on cutting-edge technologies to designing onboarding programs for tech giants, my career has been defined by helping people and organizations succeed. I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse industries, including technology, financial services, public health, and retail, where I’ve developed scalable training programs and solutions that produce measurable results. My role has always been about connecting the dots—between knowledge and action, between potential and opportunity.

Through these experiences, I’ve also seen how underserved industries, particularly those requiring trade certifications, two-year degrees, or no formal education, are often overlooked when it comes to internship opportunities.
